Went with Andrea & Emily to the Regent College all-campus retreat over the weekend. Andrea of course was working hard, leading the music for the sessions in her usual thoughtful and accomplished style, but I actually had a pretty lazy time, hanging out with Emily at the playground and putting her to bed early. This was nice, since I had a ferocious cold.

Home Again
There’s nothing like your own bed after a trip away.
We took a road trip last week, first to Sun Peaks (very nice — thanks, Airmiles!), and then to Calgary to visit Andrea’s parents.
Emily did extremely well with the driving, apart from blowing chunks all over the place on a winding section of road. Goes with the territory, I guess.

I don’t suppose it’s usual for the other cubicle-dwellers to watch a large man bawling over his keyboard at the end of his lunch break.
