No updates recently because there’s been nothing much to tell. My back has been bad enough to cancel my trip out east, so I’ve been lying around reading.<\/p>\n
It’s funny: I’ve been to numerous chiropracters, physiotherapists, massage therapists etc. in the ten-year saga of my bad back, and have received consistently contradictory instructions on posture and exercise. Consistent in the contradictions, I mean. So I’ve been walking a little, roller-blading a little, and lying in the sun a little. But mostly reading and watching movies.<\/p>\n
