I have officially slipped a disk in my back. So I’m doing stretches every two hours.<\/p>\n
Got a flu or something on Saturday, which made Saturday and Sunday pleasant. I did go over to Mom & Dad’s for lunch on Sunday, but not for long. Mostly watched movies and read. Sunday night I had quite a fever, but it seems to be OK today.<\/p>\n
I did play some computer games for the first time in a long while, trying to be careful with my back:<\/p>\n
Tried to get X-Plane<\/a> working with my CH pedals and yoke (USB), but for some reason the right toe brake doesn’t show up. I can foresee the learning curve on that one being quite long. And truth to tell, I wasn’t too impressed with the flight model of the 172 I tooled around a bit in.<\/p>\n Flew around a bit in FS2K2 in the 172 I found on Avsim a while back (can’t remember the designers). Its flight model is supposed to be better than the default, but I still couldn’t get it to spin. The autogen scenery in Vancouver is quite nice now that it’s spring.<\/p>\n I fixed the problem with Splinter Cell by reinstalling, so I’m a bit further on.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I have officially slipped a disk in my back.
