Now there&#8217;s a piano that&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/music\/2009\/nov\/23\/composer-fluid-piano-geoff-smith\">tunable in real-time<\/a> (without electronics), so you can adapt it to different scales and microtonal music on the fly.  Unfortunately the video doesn&#8217;t clearly show the sound of it, as they add a bunch of other background instruments, but it seems to sound something between a fortepiano and a sitar.
