Now there’s a piano that’s tunable in real-time (without electronics), so you can adapt it to different scales and microtonal music on the fly. Unfortunately the video doesn’t clearly show the sound of it, as they add a bunch of other background instruments, but it seems to sound something between a fortepiano and a sitar. Also includes a bonus harp :-)
